Project4 Learning lab were approached by Quest Global to help them to develop and demonstrate a flow line management methodology involving globally dispersed teams to one of their largest clients. We developed a digital visual performance management solution to improve collaboration across the teams and delivered training in flowline management principles to the extended leadership team.
