We design and deliver exciting and energising Strategy Deployment workshops to drive alignment and engagement throughout organisations, connecting all levels from the C-Suite leadership team to value-adding employees through the layers of management and leadership.
Over the course of the workshop, you will develop and refine your vision, strategic objectives, tactical initiatives, and KPIs or Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) depending on your preference. We confirm alignment between all of these elements using a special form of an A3 document. You will conclude the workshop by developing the outline of key plans and the associated governance framework that embeds agility. We will leave you with the 3 key questions of an effective Strategy Deployment system so that you can inspect and adapt your approach accordingly.
Our workshops can be delivered with individual teams although the true power of Strategy Deployment is realised when there is a cascade starting from the top of the organisation, where tactical initiatives at one level become strategic objectives at the next and plans are defined based on dialogue and negotiation between the levels through a process often termed “catch ball".
