Project4 had the foresight to realise that we would need to adopt a new management system in order to deliver a project in timescales and to a quality level never achieved before. This level of change does not come easily in organisations but they were steadfast and dealt with it exceptionally; from large groups to 1-on-1 discussions, they were great leaders and mentors throughout.
